Terms of Use

Effective date: 2026-10-25

These terms cover your use of treedownnow.com ("the site"), run by Tree Down Now ("we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this site does

The site shares general information about tree removal topics. If you fill out our form, we pass your request to one or more tree removal companies that serve your area so they can reach out to you. We are not a tree removal company ourselves, and we don't do the work.

Information only, not professional advice

Our pages are for general information. They are not insurance or safety advice, and they may not fit your situation. Rules and prices change and differ by place. Check with a licensed professional before you make a decision. If a tree is touching a power line, stay away and call 911 or the utility first.

The companies that contact you

Companies that reach out to you are independent businesses. We don't employ them, and we don't control or guarantee their work, prices, licenses, insurance, timing, or results. Any deal you make is between you and that company. Please check a company's license and reviews before you hire them. You never have to hire anyone who contacts you.

Calls and texts

If you check the consent box on our form, you agree to be contacted as that box describes. Agreeing is never required to buy anything. Msg & data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to stop texts, or HELP for help. You can also tell any caller to stop calling, or email tabular_spout_3y@icloud.com. We'll honor your request promptly.

Using the form honestly

Please give true information about yourself, and only enter a phone number that you own or are allowed to use. Don't submit the form for someone else without their OK. Don't use the site to break the law, send spam, or harm the site.

Our content

The words, design, and images on the site belong to us or are used with permission. You may read and share links to our pages for personal use. Please don't copy or resell our content without asking.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites, like government pages, to help you. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what they say or do.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the site accurate, but we provide it "as is." We can't promise it is always correct, complete, or available, or that a company will contact you.

Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or from any company you deal with. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law says can't be limited.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date above. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.
